After selasai semua program, kami di bawa untuk melihat demo masakan oleh Chef Shan iaitu chef lecturer, INTI Kolej. Menu hari ni ialah Pasta Alla Carbonara.. sedap, cikgu sempat la merasa masakan Chef Shan after demo tu.. Sambil2 tu juga, sempat cikgu dapatkan recipe n cikgu nak kongsikan la sedikit kat sini..
Pasta Alla Carbonara
Ingredients:
- 400gm spaghetti
- 200gm minced chicken
- 3pc chicken cheesy sausages, cut into small chunks
- 200ml cream mushroom
- 100ml UHT whipping cream
- 50gm green peas
- 50gm cheddar cheese (grated)
- 50gm button mushroom (sliced)
- 20gm spring onion (sliced finely)
- 20ml olive oil
- 10gm onion (finely chopped)
- 10gm garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 pinch italian herbs
- 2 pinch salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
- Cook pasta in a hot boiling pot with some salt and olive oil for 5-7 minutes
- In a nonstick pan, add olive oil to heat up, then add the chopped garlic and onion. then add the mixed herbs and cook till fragrance up.
- Add the green peas, mushroom, sausage and chicken meat and cook well for 4-5 minutes
- Add the cooked pasta and stir fry till all ingredients mixed up
- Then add the cream of mushroom and UHT whipping cream to the pasta mixture and cooked well for about 5-7 minutes
- Add 2 pinch of salt & ground black pepper
- Garnished with grated cheddar cheese and topped with sliced spring onion.
- And... its ready to be serve :)
Siap dah pasta alla carbonara..senang je kan.. selamat mencuba :)
p/s: sambil menyelam minum air.. sambil2 iring student, sempat blaja masak ngan Chef Shan :)
